Newfront Expands Community Impact in 2025 Through Employee-Led Volunteerism, Philanthropy, and Giving

San Francisco – December 30, 2025 — Newfront, the tech-driven specialty insurance brokerage firm, deepened its commitment to community impact in 2025, expanding its volunteer programs, strengthening nonprofit partnerships, and empowering employees to give back through hands-on service and philanthropic initiatives. Throughout the year, Newfront employees donated time, resources, and thousands of dollars to nonprofit organizations across the U.S. and abroad.

Strengthening Local Communities Through Service
Newfront teams continued their partnership with the San Francisco-Marin Food Bank, where employees supported food sorting and distribution efforts, assembling bags of food for families in need.

During the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF) Month of Giving, the insurance industry’s largest volunteer initiative, Newfront employees participated in the company’s most diverse slate of volunteer projects to date, including joining fellow IICF Associate Board members at Los Angeles Covenant House International to host Halloween crafts for youth facing crisis and homelessness and raising money during a charity trivia competition for the IICF Community Grants Program. Additional Month of Giving initiatives supported Samaritan House in San Mateo, Crittenton Services for Children and Families in Fullerton, and Furniture Repair Bank in Seattle. Newfront also continued its long-standing participation in the IICF Winter Coat Drive.

Investing in Children and Families
Newfront’s annual Back-to-School Drive supported students in need with two in-person backpack-filling events and virtual giving. The Newfront Caretakers & Allies Raising Emotional Support (CARES) employee resource group contributed to supply students with high-quality school materials.

Throughout the year, employees collaborated across offices to support families during the holiday season. At Newfront’s annual Tech Summit, employees assembled Halloween “Boo Kits” for families in need. The Newfront Southwest California team purchased holiday gifts through the Border View Family YMCA Giving Tree, and Newfront continued its multi-year partnership with Family Giving Tree via its annual Holiday Wish Drive.

Championing Health, Research, and Wellness
Throughout 2025, Newfront teams demonstrated meaningful commitment to health-focused causes, with an emphasis on cancer research. Newfront’s Advanced Professionals team in Seattle raised funds for the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center’s Obliteride.

Newfront’s AP team also sponsored Seattle Making Strides Against Breast Cancer for the fifth consecutive year. In addition, Newfront supported the annual Pan-Mass Challenge benefitting the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

Global Impact and Employee Leadership
Beyond U.S.-based initiatives, Newfront employees supported international service efforts. Southwest-based team members traveled to Mexico to build a home with Amor, an organization dedicated to providing safe housing for families. Employees also supported Safe Haven Children’s Medical Outreach by donating medical supplies that filled three full-size suitcases, which were taken to Cambodia.

Newfront team members extended their impact through leadership roles on nonprofit boards spanning education, healthcare, youth development, and more. Employee resource groups also played a central role in mobilizing grassroots engagement throughout the year, hosting donation drives, volunteer events, and health advocacy initiatives across Newfront offices. These efforts included CARES ERG participation in Movember, supporting global men’s health initiatives.
