Meet ‘Maximizer’ Carolyn Locke, Newfront’s Employee Benefits Power Broker

With more than 17 years of experience in benefits technology and consultancy, Senior Vice President Carolyn Locke is known for going above and beyond for her clients, creating customized solutions as they are looking for employee benefits programs.

In one case during 2021, that meant finding vendors that reflected a client’s diversity, equity, and inclusion commitment - in addition to saving the company money. Thanks to Carolyn’s hard work, the client had multiple options to choose from that met their requirements. Carolyn looks to understand the culture and values of her clients and creates benefit programs that mirror the company culture.

It’s this type of extra effort that resulted in Carolyn being selected as an Employee Benefits Power Broker by Risk & Insurance in 2022.
