Cal-OSHA Emergency Temporary COVID-19 Regulation: Update
On December 11, Cal-OSHA announced their next Stakeholder meeting to discuss their new Emergency Temporary COVID-19 regulation. The Stakeholder meeting will be held on December 18 from Noon to 5 PM. Cal-OSHA indicated the purpose for the meeting is to explain key elements of the new regulation and hear from the employer community during an open forum section of the meeting. They will be using information gathered from this meeting for their upcoming Advisory Committee meeting which is yet to be scheduled.
