My priority is about establishing trust in all my relationships—from my clients to the carriers. In this way, I can most effectively identify my clients’ insurance needs and negotiate the best coverages in the market.
When Steven’s father left Ohio Casualty to start his own insurance brokerage back in the 1950s, Steven was destined for a lifelong, successful career in the insurance industry. After growing his business acumen at his father’s firm, he would merge the company with fellow industry colleague Jeff Malone. Together, they would create one of the leading privately owned brokerages in Southern California, Malone-Ludwig Insurance Services, Inc.
At the firm, Steven focused first and foremost on the honest, ethical relationships he formed with each of his clients. His mission would be to provide advocacy that responded to all their insurance needs—from auto and home, to business property coverage and workers’ compensation.
In 2019, Malone-Ludwig would make the next milestone move for their clients by joining forces with Newfront Insurance. At the firm, Steven provides his clients with the same level of detailed service as always strengthened by Newfront’s power of technology and expansive carrier relationships.
Steven is an avid fisherman, and he fondly showcases dozens of trophies (from the lighthearted tongue-in-cheek to the more notable in distinction) in his home in Los Angeles.
