A Message from ABD’s Chairman and President

To our valued clients, colleagues, and community,

Since our founding, ABD’s top priority has been to support our clients, colleagues and communities. We understand that many of our clients and members of our communities are experiencing hardship caused by COVID-19. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all as we navigate these rough waters. Together we will flatten the curve of COVID-19.

We wanted to take a moment to share the measures we are taking to ensure uninterrupted service to you and to bring your attention to the ABD COVID-19 Communications portal.

100% Open for Business

Our culture and focus on operational expertise have allowed us to create a team that lives our values of being accountable, committed, forward thinking, expert and in this together. These values inform our operating principles, which enable our team to be 100% operational in support of our clients.

Our Teams and Our Offices

We went fully virtual last Wednesday, March 11. All of our employees have the resources required to work remotely at full capacity, enabling them to collaborate, facilitate meetings, and serve client requests. Offices will remain closed through April 7th, and then the decision will be revisited.

ABD Connect

Please take advantage of the ABDConnect online platform. It provides 24/7 access to manage your information including policies, certificate issuance, and claims, at any time and from anywhere. Support for Clients

We have designed the ABD COVID-19 Communications portal to share with you timely and helpful insights as you manage through this emerging pandemic. Our teams will be regularly sharing information pertaining to risk management, benefits, human resources, retirement consulting, and private client and life insurance. ABD Accounts Receivable

Given the current environment, including the mandate to shelter in place for at least the next 3 weeks and maybe beyond, ABD is requesting that our clients remit premium via electronic payments (ACH or Wire) so as to ensure timely processing.
